Maspalomas Pride returns to Gran Canaria from 3 to 9 May 2027. If you are planning to come, here is what we know from the official sources, and what you should check again closer to the date.
Dates
The organisers, Maspalomas Pride by Freedom, give the 2027 dates as 3 to 9 May 2027. The same dates appear in the official Gran Canaria tourism agenda.
Tickets
The official website lists several ticket types, General, VIP and Backstage, and sells them online through its own shop. Check the site for what each one includes before you buy.
The programme and the parade
The official sites don’t yet publish the day, time and route of the parade. Some travel websites list a date, but we would rather not repeat it until the organisers confirm it. Check the official website for the final programme.
Why the Yumbo Centre matters
According to the official Gran Canaria tourism site, Maspalomas Gay Pride was set up in 2001 and is one of the most important events for the European LGBTQ+ community. The same page names the Yumbo Centre as the main venue of the Pride and says that over 200,000 people pass through Yumbo during the event.
Where to stay
Moon Dunes is a proud LGBTQ+ friendly apartment in Playa del Inglés, a two-minute walk from the Yumbo Centre. You get your own space, a full kitchen and a loggia that faces the garden and two pools, with free private parking.

Winter Pride too
There is a second Pride week in the autumn: Winter Pride Maspalomas runs from 2 to 8 November 2026, with events at venues that include the Yumbo Centre and the Abora Catarina hotel.
