The Maspalomas International Carnival 2027 is set for 2 to 14 March 2027. Here is what we can confirm from the sources, and what is still to be announced.
Dates
The municipal council of San Bartolomé de Tirajana approved the 2027 calendar on 29 January 2026, according to the local press: the carnival runs from Tuesday 2 to Sunday 14 March 2027. The same report says the council designated 12 March 2027, Tourist Day, as a municipal holiday.
Programme
We have not found an official, final programme with the days and times of the main events, such as the parade. Some websites publish a provisional schedule, but we prefer not to repeat it until the town council confirms it. Please check the official channels of the San Bartolomé de Tirajana council for the programme.
The Las Palmas Carnival
The Carnival of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria runs from 22 January to 28 February 2027, according to Spain’s official tourism site. If you plan to visit both, you can spend the winter on the island.
